Today, OnePlus has announced several value-for-money devices, including the OnePlus 15R smartphone, a new Go tablet, and a Lite smartwatch. This article will focus on the tablet and smartwatch.

OnePlus Pad Go 2

The OnePlus Pad Go 2 features a larger 12.1-inch display, an upgrade from the original’s 11.35 inches. It maintains the same 7:5 aspect ratio, referred to as “ReadFit,” but offers a sharper resolution of 284 pixels per inch. The display boasts 98% DCI-P3 coverage, a peak brightness of 900 nits in HBM mode, and Dolby Vision support for enhanced viewing of movies and TV shows.

The tablet is powered by a larger 10,500mAh battery, an increase from 8,000mAh, allowing for up to 15 hours of video playback and up to 60 days of standby time. It supports 33W SuperVOOC charging and reverse charging capabilities.

The Pad Go 2 is equipped with the Dimensity 7300-Ultra chipset, a 4nm processor that replaces the 6nm Helio G99 used in the original model. This new chip features updated CPU cores and a more advanced GPU.

OnePlus has introduced its Open Canvas multitasking system on this device. An optional stylus, named Stylo, offers low-latency, high-sensitivity drawing on the larger display. The stylus charges quickly, providing half a day of use with just 10 minutes of charging. The OxygenOS includes AI tools such as AI Writer, AI Recorder, and AI Summary.

The OnePlus Pad Go 2 is available in two colors: Lavender Drift and Shadow Black, with the latter offering optional 5G connectivity. It is the first OnePlus tablet to include a SIM card tray, allowing users to choose between traditional SIM or eSIM. The tablet can also connect to a nearby phone’s 5G connection, which is 30% more power-efficient than standard hotspot sharing.

Pre-orders for the OnePlus Pad Go 2 begin today, with availability starting December 24. Pricing details are as follows:

  • 8/128GB Wi-Fi: £320 / €350 / ₹27,000

  • 8/256GB 5G: £400 / €450 / ₹33,000

OnePlus Watch Lite

The OnePlus Watch Lite features a premium build with a 316L stainless steel body, measuring just 8.9mm thick, making it the thinnest OnePlus watch to date. It is available in Silver Steel and Black Steel, paired with fluoroelastomer straps.

The watch has a 1.46-inch OLED display that can reach 3,000 nits in Sports Mode. It includes an Aqua Touch feature for detecting wet fingers, although it does not run on Wear OS but rather a proprietary operating system. This allows for a battery life of up to 10 days, with quick charging capabilities.

The OnePlus Watch Lite supports over 100 workout modes, including 12 professional sports modes. It features advanced health tracking, including heart rate monitoring and sleep analysis.

Pre-orders for the OnePlus Watch Lite also begin today, with availability starting December 24. The watch is priced at £180 / €180, with an optional charging base for £30.

During the pre-order period, customers can receive a £20 discount and free OnePlus buds, along with a trade-in bonus and additional discounts for verified students and corporate buyers.

Customers who purchase the OnePlus 15R can receive significant discounts on the Pad Go 2 and Watch Lite, along with a special charging cable offer.
