Xiaomi has launched its new Xiaomi Watch 5 in China, alongside the Xiaomi 17 Ultra. This premium smartwatch features a 47mm stainless-steel case and a 1.54-inch AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 1500 nits, ensuring visibility even in bright sunlight. It operates on HyperOS 3 and is powered by a dual-chip setup, including the Snapdragon W5, which enhances performance and power efficiency.
The watch offers over 150 sports modes, more than 80 gym courses with 3D guidance, offline maps for outdoor activities, and comprehensive health tracking features like ECG, heart rate, SpO₂, stress monitoring, and advanced sleep analysis. The eSIM model can manage calls and apps independently, and gesture controls allow users to answer calls or navigate with simple hand motions. The battery life lasts up to 6 days with regular use and 18 days in power-saving mode.
The Xiaomi Watch 5 is priced at CNY 1,999 for the fluoroelastomer strap, while the leather-strap Pro model is available for CNY 2,299. An optional 3D-printed titanium strap is priced at CNY 799. All models are now available in China.
