HUAWEI has launched the FreeBuds Pro 5 Collector’s Edition, commemorating the Year of the Fire Horse in Chinese culture for 2026. This release follows previous editions, such as the Dragon-themed FreeBuds Pro 3 and Snake-themed FreeBuds Pro 4, as part of HUAWEI’s annual Zodiac-inspired tradition.
The earbuds feature a snow-white finish and are adorned with a gold-engraved rocking horse emblem on the charging case. HUAWEI utilized hot gold stamping and fine engraving techniques to accentuate details like the horse’s mane, saddle, and tail. The charging case also includes a mini indicator light with a diamond-cut decoration, providing a premium aesthetic.
The Collector’s Edition includes a special New Year pop-up animation and a revamped acoustic system with four exclusive sound effects, while maintaining the core specifications of the original model. The FreeBuds Pro 5 Collector’s Edition is available for pre-sale and will officially launch on January 1 for CNY 1499 (approximately PHP 12,537.88).
