Here's how the iPhone Fold's screens compare to the upcoming wide Samsung Galaxy Z Fold

A new rumor from the tipster Ice Universe challenges the dimensions of the iPhone Fold that were previously revealed through CAD schematics. It is advisable to approach this information with caution.

According to Ice Universe, the iPhone Fold’s inner folding screen will measure 7.58 inches diagonally with a 4:3 aspect ratio, while its outer cover display will be 5.35 inches diagonally.

Additionally, Samsung is reportedly developing its own wide-style foldable device similar to the iPhone Fold. While Samsung has traditionally opted for a tall and narrow design, Apple’s choice to pursue a wider format has garnered attention in Korea.

Samsung’s upcoming wide foldable is expected to feature a 7.6-inch inner folding screen with the same 4:3 aspect ratio as the iPhone, along with a 5.4-inch cover display. This makes it slightly larger than the iPhone Fold, though the difference may be difficult to discern without comparing the two side by side.
