Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 15 series has been launched globally, and we have the entry-level model, the Redmi Note 15 (4G only), for review.
The Redmi Note 15 features a 33W charger, which is the slowest in the lineup. The retail box includes a case and a USB-A to USB-C cable. It is available in Glacier Blue, Purple, Forest Green, and Black colors, starting at €229 or £179 for the 6/128GB version.
The Redmi Note 15 does not support 5G, but it offers a larger battery than the 5G variant, boasting a capacity of 6,000mAh. It comes with a 6.77-inch 120Hz AMOLED display, reaching a peak brightness of 3,200 nits, making it an impressive panel for its price range.
Additionally, the device is built to withstand the elements, featuring an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance, along with high-strength glass covering the display. Xiaomi claims that the Note 15 can survive face-down drops onto hard surfaces from heights of up to 18 meters, although this should not be tested.
