Motorola has been active with new product announcements. At the end of October, the company launched the Edge 70, which serves as the global counterpart to the X70 Air. This device is designed with a focus on a slim profile. The decision to follow this trend is intriguing, especially given the lackluster sales of similar “air” models from Apple and Samsung. Nonetheless, indications suggest that a more advanced model, likely named the Edge 70 Pro, is on the horizon.
An official teaser image for the X70 Air Pro has been released, claiming it will feature “more Pro” capabilities and enhanced artificial intelligence.
This model is expected to be the XT2603-1, previously listed in the Chinese 3C database, and is noted for offering 90W charging support, which is an improvement over the 67W maximum found in the standard X70 Air and Edge 70.
Additionally, a Geekbench listing for the XT2603-1 indicates it may be powered by the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 5 chipset.
Separately, a device called the Motorola Signature has been teased on Flipkart. This phone is anticipated to be a high-end model or possibly the company’s flagship, with rumored specifications including a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, 16GB of RAM, Android 16, a 6.7-inch OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, and 50MP rear cameras.
