LG Electronics has announced the UltraGear evo, a new premium gaming monitor line set to launch at CES 2026. This series includes three flagship models: the 39GX950B, 27GM950B, and 52G930B, all featuring high-resolution displays, fast refresh rates, and advanced AI processing.
A standout feature is the on-device AI with 5K AI Upscaling, which enhances lower-resolution content to near-native 5K quality without the need for powerful GPUs. This feature is exclusive to the 39GX950B and 27GM950B.
The 39-inch 39GX950B includes a 5K2K OLED panel with a 165Hz refresh rate (or 330Hz in WFHD), offering perfect blacks and a 0.03ms response time. The 27GM950B is the world’s first 27-inch 5K MiniLED gaming monitor, equipped with 2,304 dimming zones and a brightness of up to 1,250 nits. The largest model, the 52-inch 52G930B, operates at 240Hz in a substantial 5K2K format for immersive gaming experiences.
LG will present the lineup at CES 2026, where global sales of the UltraGear GX7 will also commence.
