Developer XiangziArtStudio is set to release their new 2D action role-playing game, titled ‘Fantasy Journey,’ on PC via Steam in June 2026.
In development for the past three years, Fantasy Journey is described by the studio as a “pixelated version of ‘Sekiro’” that emphasizes quick reactions suitable for various playstyles. Players can choose from a strategy of parrying, dodging, and countering, or prefer a more methodical style of blocking and timing their attacks. The combat system is designed to appeal to a broad range of action game enthusiasts.
