Ahead of CES 2026, Samsung has unveiled its 2026 lineup of Odyssey gaming monitors, consisting of five models featuring 6K glasses-free 3D support and refresh rates of up to 1,040Hz.
The new models include the Odyssey 3D, Odyssey G6, and three variations of the Odyssey G8.
The Odyssey 3D (G90XH) is marketed as the world’s first gaming monitor with 6K-resolution, glasses-free 3D display. It features a 32-inch panel, supports refresh rates up to 165Hz, and is equipped with HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 2.1 connectivity. Using real-time eye-tracking technology, it aims to provide an immersive 3D experience without glasses. It also offers a Dual Mode capable of achieving a 330Hz refresh rate and a 1ms GtG response time.
The Odyssey G6 (G60H) presents an industry-leading refresh rate of 1,040Hz, although this is limited to HD resolution. At its native QHD resolution, the 27-inch monitor delivers refresh rates up to 600Hz, along with support for AMD FreeSync Premium and Nvidia G-Sync.
The Odyssey G8 comes in three sizes. The 32-inch G80HS variant boasts a 6K resolution with refresh rates of up to 165Hz, and 330Hz in 3K resolution. The 27-inch G80HF model features a 5K resolution, with a native refresh rate of 180Hz and the capability to reach 360Hz in QHD resolution. The 32-inch G80SH model includes a 4K resolution QD-OLED panel with a 240Hz refresh rate, anti-glare coating, 300-nit brightness, and HDR True Black 500 certification. All three G8 models support AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and Nvidia G-Sync.
The new Samsung Odyssey gaming monitor lineup will be showcased at CES 2026. Pricing and availability will be announced at a later time.
