MediaTek's upcoming Dimensity 9300 records over 2 million points at AnTuTu!

At AnTuTu, the Dimensity 9300 chip achieved a record score of 2,055,084, marking the highest score on the benchmarking platform to date.

The Dimensity 9300 features a configuration of four super-large Cortex-X4 cores and four Cortex-A720 cores, without any small cores, which is a departure from the typical big-little architecture found in most chips. It utilizes the Immortalis-G720 GPU and is paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. The device also supports a 120Hz display and runs on Android 14.

The score breakdown is as follows: 485,064 for the CPU, 899,463 for the GPU, 357,691 for memory, and 312,866 for user experience, totaling 2,055,084.

In comparison, the current highest score on AnTuTu is held by the REDMAGIC 8 Pro+, which scored 1.63 million. Further details about the Dimensity 9300 are expected to be released by MediaTek in the coming weeks or months.
