Realme is preparing to launch a new audio product in India at the start of 2026. The company has announced that the realme Buds Air 8 will officially debut on January 6, coinciding with the release of the Realme 16 Pro smartphone series. Designed in partnership with noted industrial designer Naoto Fukasawa, the Buds Air 8 have a modern aesthetic focused on comfort.
The earbuds are marketed as an AI-powered sound master, utilizing AI technology to enhance call quality, manage noise, and automatically adjust audio settings.
In terms of audio performance, the Buds Air 8 are equipped with 11mm and 6mm dual drivers for improved sound quality and support Hi-Res Audio Wireless through the LHDC codec. They also feature Ultra Depth Active Noise Cancellation, claiming to reduce noise by up to 55dB.
According to previews, the earbuds will be available in Gold, Dark Grey, and Purple. The Gold variant will have a matte finish on the case with a glossy interior. After the launch, the realme Buds Air 8 will be sold on realme.com, Flipkart, and Amazon India, with pricing information expected to be disclosed on launch day.
