The Xiaomi 17 Ultra is set to launch on December 25 in China, and initial camera samples have been released for this highly anticipated flagship.
The device features a new 1-inch type OmniVision Light Hunter 1050L main sensor (50MP) with an f/1.67 aperture and Leica optics. This sensor includes Lateral Overflow Integration Capacitor (LOFIC) technology.
LOFIC sensors are known for their enhanced dynamic range and improved noise reduction. This technology is expected to enhance the 17 Ultra’s low-light performance, providing more accurate details in light and shadow while reducing overexposure.
Xiaomi has shared several camera samples from the 17 Ultra’s main camera, showcasing great color reproduction, accurate details, and excellent dynamic range.
