Sony and Anicorn unveil PlayStation watches

Sony has unveiled a limited edition watch to celebrate the 30th anniversary of PlayStation. The watch, developed in collaboration with design brand Anicorn, will have only 300 units available worldwide, priced at USD 780.

This timepiece features a Miyota automatic movement and showcases PlayStation’s iconic symbols—triangle, circle, cross, and square—on the dial. The hour and minute hands are inspired by the Start and Select buttons of the original PS1 controller. The case reflects the design of the first PlayStation, featuring a matte gray finish and a rubber strap.

The back of the watch features an openwork design inspired by a PlayStation optical drive, and it comes with a certificate shaped like a PS1 memory card. This collectible merges gaming nostalgia with traditional watchmaking, appealing to fans and collectors alike.

Additionally, there are two other watches available, each based on the PlayStation Play Symbols in light and dark modes.
