Meta is introducing new features for its AI-powered glasses with the v21 software update, enhancing their functionality for daily use. A key feature is Conversation Focus, which allows users to hear conversations more clearly in noisy environments, such as cafés or trains, by amplifying voices through open-ear speakers.
Additionally, the glasses will now integrate with Spotify, enabling users to request music that complements their surroundings by saying, “Hey Meta, play a song to match this view.”
For users in India, Meta is expanding language support to include Telugu and Kannada, in addition to English and Hindi. These updates will be available for Ray-Ban Meta and Oakley Meta AI glasses, with features being rolled out regionally.
