Vivo has officially announced the vivo S50 in China.
The vivo S50 features a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2750 × 1260 and a 120Hz refresh rate. It includes an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for security.
For photography, the device has a 50MP front camera. The rear camera setup consists of a 50MP Sony main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 50MP Sony periscope telephoto camera with OIS, and an ultra-wide camera with a 110-degree field of view.
The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s (3rd generation) processor, with options for 12GB or 16GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB of internal storage.
Running on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, the vivo S50 is equipped with a 6,500mAh battery and supports 90W wired fast charging.
Connectivity options include dual nano-SIM 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and NFC. The device is available in several colors: Confession, Yoyo Blue, Inspiration Purple, and Deep Space Black.
