ZTE has an affordable 5G tablet in Europe with the Pad X1102N

Finding affordable tablets with 5G connectivity is rare. While there are a few options from Xiaomi and Samsung, ZTE may have a strong contender in the Pad X1102N, which is available in Poland.

The Pad X1102N is powered by a 5G-capable Unisoc T8100 processor, an octa-core chip built on a 6nm process. It features 6GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Additionally, it includes a headphone jack and a 4-speaker system with DTS Audio, which is becoming increasingly rare in tablets. The display boasts an 11-inch 90Hz IPS panel with a resolution of 1920×1200, complemented by a 5-megapixel front camera. The rear camera is a 130-megapixel shooter, and the device is equipped with a 7670mAh battery that supports 21W charging.

Measuring 7.65mm in thickness and weighing 522 grams, the Pad X1102N runs on Android 15 out of the box. It also offers AI features such as real-time AI translation, AI Summary, and AI Writing.

In Poland, the ZTE Pad X1102N is priced at PLN 899, which is approximately Php 15k when converted, making it an affordable option for a tablet with 5G connectivity. It remains uncertain whether ZTE plans to release it in the Philippines, but it appears to be a solid choice for those seeking an economical tablet with 5G capabilities.
